Built Around Where
You're Going.
Bookkeeping, tax, and advisory work that fits how your business actually operates — scoped to your size, your complexity, and your goals.
Books You Can Actually Use.
Accurate monthly books are the foundation everything else sits on — tax planning, lending conversations, and any decision about where the business goes next. We handle reconciliations, payroll, and monthly financial statements so your numbers are current, clean, and understandable.
We work in three tiers, so you're paying for the level of support your business actually needs.
How pricing works. Every engagement is quoted as a flat monthly fee before any work begins — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Because the right fee depends on your transaction volume, number of accounts, and payroll complexity, we scope it during your free consultation and put it in writing.
Filed Correctly. Planned Ahead.
Most businesses only think about taxes in the spring. That's the expensive way to do it. We prepare and file your returns accurately, but the value is in the planning that happens the other eleven months — structuring decisions, timing purchases, and making sure nothing arrives as a surprise in April.
CFO-Level Thinking,
Without the CFO Salary.
Most small businesses reach a point where the books are clean but the decisions are still hard. How much can we afford to hire? Is this contract actually profitable? What do we tell the bank? That's the gap a fractional CFO fills — and it's the work we're built for.
Between us we bring years in the CFO seat across military, nonprofit, and corporate organizations, plus Big 4 rigor on the accounting side. That's the kind of financial leadership most businesses your size can't justify hiring full-time.
Not Sure Which
Level Fits?
That's what the consultation is for. We'll look at where your books stand, what you're trying to do next, and tell you honestly which level makes sense — including if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
